Each row here is a physical Mikrotik at one of your sites. Adding one here only registers it in the system — you still need to configure the router itself with this IP and secret (see mikrotik/setup.rsc). Status is based on recent customer activity seen from that router, not a direct ping — a healthy router with no customers connected right now may show as offline.
